17 years experience in auto electrical trades and sound as the ex-owner of Craig's car audio and Sound works. Scotty is always on hand to help answer even the most technical of questions and his practical theater experience rivals industry members twice his age. As an installer, Scotty’s attention to detail and professionalism is second to none.

Gareth Sanders, Installer/Project Designer

4 years experience in retail and customer service as well as life experience with prolonged exposure to sound perfection. Recent training has seen Gareth skilled in Networking structure, I.T. Applications and a Home Automation system called Control4, which completes our installs with limitless potential and control. Gareth is an excellent young man with a great smile and customer service skills.

Glen Woods, Installer

After completing a diploma of Multimedia, Glen started his AV journey as a Projectionist at popular cinema in 2004. He then moved to Melbourne to become an Audio visual technician, setting up and operating equipment at venues such as the MCG and Telstra Dome. After settling back down in Christchurch Glen was ready to learn new skills in the Install industry, joining the team in 2008. Glen approaches every job with open and positive attitude.

Our Design Structure

All products that we use in our systems are chosen to give our clients the very best Home Audio/Video experience. We prefer to contact our clients and invite them to our studio for a live demonstration in our show home. Then we offer system packages or tailor systems to suit a client’s lifestyle keeping budget and necessity in balance. Control4 is recommended as the back bone to our system engineering to offer a suitable level of control within your home with the bulk of the equipment located at a hub/rack of the clients choosing.

The Control4 system is a simple to use & reliable control system based on a open technology platform that allows full control over elements such as Audio/Video Playback, Lighting, Automation (blinds, security, access, HVAC etc). All elements of control can be performed by using a combination of hand-held remotes and/or strategically placed in-wall LCD touch screens. At all times any of the control information can also be displayed as a GUI (Graphical User Interface) on a television of your choosing throughout the home. Incorporated into this system design will be a suitable IT Network structure based on the latest CAT5e/CAT6 cabling protocols allowing for a secured wired operation with our product.

Your clients can have discreet speaker systems located almost anywhere that they desire. All are easily controlled via hand held Remote Controls or touch screen devices. Our carefully suggested product has been incorporated to deliver the very best in HD video distribution throughout residence. This combined with a simple and cost effective wiring structure, has no competitive rival for picture performance and control. We understand the need for multiple Audio/Video source devices (MYSKY, SKY, DVD, iPod, Digital Camera, Gaming etc.) and this product allows all these to be seamlessly controlled throughout.

As a total solution to your technology requirements we are able to deliver a sophisticated system with an intelligent back end, but still have a user friendly and intuitive front end which simply makes day to living and entertaining a complete joy. The Control4 system allows for off-site updating through our remote access software or clients can also be trained to use our Home Edition Software that allows them to make minor adjustments to their system at anytime.
